I am a research staff member of the Unit for Reasoning, Querying and IoT Data Analytics (URQ). This work involves collaboration with URQ researchers to achieve objectives of this group, including joint supervisions of undergraduate and postgraduate students and research activities. I research with memeber in the areas of Internet of Things, industry 4.0/Smart Manufacturing, Blockchain, Semantic Web and other emerging areas in System and Software Engineering.

I was a Senior Research Scientist at Fraunhofer USA – Center for Experimental Software Engineering (CESE) from August 2017 to January 2019. At Fraunhofer, My focus was on implementation of Industry 4.0 techniques and methodologies in commercial environments. Prior to joining Fraunhofer, I served as a Research Scientist for the Industrial Software System group at ABB Corporate Research-India. My research applies model software engineering techniques such as separation of concerns, abstractions to hide software complexity, and end-to-end system integration. In brief, my focus is building software development methodologies and tools to easily develop applications in the cross-section of software engineering, cyber-physical systems, and Internet of Things. With this research, I have published more than 30 research articles in prestigious events. I am a frequently invited to speak as a panelist and keynote at both academic and commercial conferences. I obtained myPh.D. from the University of Paris VI and the French National Institute for Research in Computer Science and Automation (INRIA) in Paris, France.
